Samuel is an Associate in the Commercial Property team.
He acts for buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants on a wide range of real estate transactions. He has experience of advising charities, faith organisations, companies, lenders, SIPP pension schemes and SSAS pension schemes.
Samuel qualified as a Solicitor in July 2020. Prior to qualification, he was a commercial property fee earner for a number of years. He trained at a national law firm that mainly acted for charities in their South West and London offices. On qualification, Samuel joined one of Europe's largest landlords as their Legal Counsel. His in-house experience means he understands the importance of clear, commercial and tailored advice.
He is based in our Bristol office, but can support you nationally.
